Don’t be shocked if you see more of Bad Bunny in West Chelsea.
The stylish worldwide pop artist and rapper, who was recently photographed in Gotham with girlfriend Kendall Jenner in identical black ensembles, has secured an ultra-luxury condominium for $150,000 per month, Gimme Shelter has learned exclusively.
The newlyweds, who are known for wearing “Matrix”-inspired clothes and Gucci logos (they featured in a Gucci Valigeria campaign photographed by Anthony Seklaoui), have been spotted during Fashion Week and at a Luis Miguel event at Madison Square Garden.
Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martnez Ocasio, also unveiled a new skinny buzzcut to match with his latest album release at famous hotspot Carbone, where he was greeted for dinner as “Don Benito,” according to Page Six.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath penthouse pad at 527 W. 27th St. will be featured in Ryan Serhant’s upcoming new reality show, tentatively named “House of Serhant.”
It was last listed for $18.5 million and has 4,552 square feet of living area with an extra 4,593 square feet of outdoor space with a private pool. The apartment also has sliding glass walls with views of the metropolitan skyline.
7-inch-wide plank floors, custom-oak paneling, and 12-foot ceilings are among the design elements. The residence has four terraces, including a planted rooftop patio with Hudson River views, an outdoor kitchen, lounging areas, and a 32-foot lap pool.
The entryway leads to a windowed gallery, which leads to a living room with a corner terrace, a dining room, and pocket doors that open to an eat-in chef’s kitchen with another dining terrace. A library with a spiral staircase leading to the roof and a double-height terrace are also available. The master bedroom suite has walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom.
The 11-story, 36-unit Jardim building was built by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld and opened in 2019. On-site parking is available, as is a 9,000-square-foot private club with a gym, a 60-foot skylit lap pool, a yoga studio, and a children’s playroom.
