Kevin Durant spent the offseason in Hollywood Hills West at a jaw-dropping rental house. He’s now establishing himself in Southern California.

Durant paid $12.05 million for a 5,136-square-foot oceanfront property in Malibu last week, according to The Los Angeles Times.

The multi-level house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. In 2013, it got a major renovation. The home, according to the Redfin description, is a fully automated smart house with a lofted gym, cinema, elevator, and surround sound throughout.
