Jennifer Lopez’s incredible property is as gorgeous as you’d expect.
It boasts a private theater, a fully equipped gym, and a rather unique outdoor entertainment area, among other things.
Lopez rarely posts photos of her home on the internet, but lucky for us, her estate agent has posted a virtual tour of it, and it’s clear to see how the property earned that high price.
It is 12,000 square feet in size and contains nine bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms.
Samuel Abraham Marx, an architect known for his modern style and understated grandeur, created the home.

Jennifer Lopez sold her home because she is starting a new chapter in her life.
She no longer required a solitary residence after marrying her long-time beau, Ben Affleck.
He also sold his bachelor pad, and the pair spent $61 million on their shared new Los Angeles property.
We don’t know if the mystery buyer was a J.Lo fan or not, but they definitely share her appreciation of all things luxurious.
Clean lines and light wood are combined with opulent accents like plush rugs and intricate fittings in this property.
A balcony flanks the main living space, providing views of the grand piano and a massive fireplace below.

The home, while modern in style, is a celebration of natural textiles.
There are stone walls, marble worktops, and a private library with wood paneling.
Lopez has clearly done a lot of entertaining here.
The gaming section has neon signage, arcade equipment, and a pool table.
Then there’s the home theater, which is decorated with posters from every film in which Lopez and Affleck have appeared.
We can’t help but note that there isn’t a Gigli poster.

However, the outside of this mansion is possibly the most striking.
There is a guest cabin with a huge home gym and Jacuzzi, as well as a putting green and a lake.
Jennifer Lopez also created a tiny private beach complete with a pavilion and a bonfire.
The amphitheatre has to be the best feature.
The little music arena, nestled among the trees and decorated with colorful couches, can seat 100 people.
We can only think how many private shows it’s witnessed throughout the years.

The singer listed her property for sale a few months ago, seeking $42.5 million.
While she didn’t receive what she wanted, the house did sell for a fairly realistic $34 million.
Lopez is likely pleased with the transaction given she purchased her home in 2016 for $28 million.
