The Denver Nuggets have new clothes to go with the new season. This year, the crew reserved a particular place for the Mile High City.

On Thursday morning, the Nuggets tweeted about their new clothes. The uniform remains primarily navy, but the front of the jersey has “5280” emblazoned across the chest.

The “5280” has taken the place of the numbers. This year, the largest number on the front is dedicated to Denver, with the individual player’s number in a small format on the top right.

A mountain silhouette is wrapped around the entire outfit.

The National Basketball Association credited its outfit to the intertwining of the team, players, and city.

“5280 is more than a measurement – it is a number woven into the culture and fabric of Denver,” the National Basketball Association (NBA) said.
