Jaylen Brown and Rudy Gobert got into a fight after a screen set by the Frenchman became violent. The Minnesota Timberwolves center inadvertently elbowed the Boston Celtics star, causing him to fall to the floor.
After confronting Gobert, Brown was the only player to get a technical foul from the officials. The three-time Defensive Player of the Year was not called for a foul, which irritated the Celtics star. To prevent the situation from escalating, the two had to be separated.

Jaylen Brown was dissatisfied with how the Celtics performed against the Houston Rockets.
Prior to their game against the Wolves, the Celtics were startled by a young and hungry Houston Rockets team. Despite Jaylen Brown’s 43-point outburst, Boston fell to Houston during their match. Brown discussed the areas of the game that the entire team needed to focus on after the game.
Against the Rockets, only three players scored in double figures. Jayson Tatum and Malcolm Brogdon scored 42 points in addition to Brown. Aside from it, the other players were ineffective throughout the game. Brown was interviewed after the game and discussed what the Celtics need to do going ahead.
“Just a lack of effort, for sure,” Brown said. “Fifty-fifty balls, loose balls, they beat us … It just felt like they won every loose ball. They just wanted it more.””We lost tonight not really on execution, but lack of effort. Not doing our job. The hard stuff, the little stuff is what adds up. Offensive rebounds and loose balls, the turnovers — we didn’t deserve to win today.”
