Jeffrey Jordan, 34

Jeffrey Jordan Launches Community-Focused Mobile App For Gen Z Sports Fans

Jeffrey Michael Jordan was born on November 18, 1988, to Jordan and Vanoy.

Jeffrey was raised in a “competitive atmosphere.” In 2020, he discussed his childhood on Good Morning America.

“He was tough and it was competitive,” said the son of a famous actor of his father. We believed that healthy competition shaped us into better people and prepared us for the trials of adulthood. The switch had been flipped, and we had no choice but to accept it.

He mentioned that the 2020 ESPN documentary The Last Dance, which looked at the Bulls’ 1997-98 season, helped him see his father in a new way.

“We got to see him when he came home and he was done with work — but being able to see him in his element, in his atmosphere with the team and see all the ups and downs of that season has been a treat to watch,” he said.

Jeffrey, like his father before him, was always interested in basketball. He arrived at the University of Illinois in 2007 as a psychology major and played basketball as a preferred walk-on.

He returned to the basketball club after announcing his departure in June 2009 for the 2009-10 season, according to ESPN. After his freshman year at Florida State, he transferred to Central Florida to play college basketball with his younger brother Marcus.

He is currently in charge of digital brand innovation for the Jordan label, which represents the sport’s business side. On May 25, this year, he married Radina Aneva.

Jordan and Vanoy welcomed their second child, Marcus James, on December 24, 1990.

Marcus played basketball throughout high school and college, following in his older brother’s footsteps. He was a member of the University of Central Florida Knights from 2009 until August of 2012. In 2013, he earned his bachelor’s degree in hotel management.

Jordan opened the posh shoe boutique Trophy Room at Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs neighborhood in May 2016. The store’s physical location was closed in 2019, according to the Orlando Sentinel, and the company has now transferred its activities online.

Marcus has reportedly been seeing Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of his father’s former Bulls colleague Scottie Pippen, since 2022. In January 2023, despite Pippen’s declaration that they were “just friends” in October 2022, a source told PEOPLE that they were “happy and dating.” They were pictured kissing for the first time in Miami before making their love Instagram official on January 23, 2023.

Jasmine Jordan (30)

Jordan and Vanoy were the joyful parents of a daughter called Jasmine on December 7, 1992.

She met her future husband Rakeem Christmas, who played on the school’s basketball team, while studying sports management at Syracuse University. Jasmine and Christmas became first-time grandparents on May 4, 2019, when their son Rakeem Michael Christmas was born.

Jordan mentioned on Today that he is loving his time as a grandfather. “It’s fun because I can actually hold him and play with him and I’m having fun watching him,” he said.

Jasmine told Essence not long after Rakeem’s birth that the NBA star was struggling to accept the title of “Grandpa.”

“He had to warm up to [it],” the new mother explained. He insisted at first that my son call him “Mike” or “Michael,” but I soon stopped him. Accepting the grandfather label is a requirement. It is exactly what it is.

Even if she does not play basketball, she has a connection to it. According to a 2018 InStyle article, she has worked as a basketball operations coordinator for her father’s Charlotte Hornets as well as a field representative in sports marketing for Nike’s Jordan line.

The truth is, my father is a lot like me in that he has always been an introvert who wants to remain to himself. er fаtеr “just so happened tо аvе cоsen а prоfessiоn tаt wаs mаe fоr te public eye,” sе tоl te meiа. Jasmine graced the cover of Footwear News in March 2023. In an accompanying interview, she discussed her relationship with Jordan Brand as well as the NCAA’s new policy allowing student-athletes to earn money from their performances. She said that if the new rules had been in place when her father was playing NCAA basketball, he could have made a lot of money.

“Looking at his Funko Pop collectibles or the fact that people still wear his UNC jersey, to reap the benefits from it today, we’re talking making trillions at this point,” Jasmine went on to say.

Victoria and Ysabel Jordan, twins, age 9

Jordan and his longtime girlfriend Prieto married, only to announce a few months later that they were expecting a child. Prieto gave birth to identical twin daughters, Victoria and Ysabel, on February 9, 2014.

“Yvette and the babies are doing well, and the family is overjoyed at the arrival,” a rep for the couple told PEOPLE at the time.

The couple is extremely private about their girls, and no images of them have been posted.

He noted that the 2020 ESPN documentary, The Last Dance, which examined the Bulls’ 1997-98 season, allowed him to see his father in a new light.

“We got to see him when he came home and he was done with work — but being able to see him in his element, in his atmosphere with the team and see all the ups and downs of that season has been a treat to watch,” according to him.

Like his father before him, Jeffrey was always interested in basketball. He enrolled at the University of Illinois in 2007, as a psychology major, and played as a preferred walk-on on the basketball team.
