LeBron James and his children bask in the sunshine, shooting hoops together at their $20.5 million Los Angeles mansion

The 36-year-old NBA legend put his Brentwood home up for auction on Monday for an incredible $20.5 million. He paid $20,986,500 for the property in 2015.

There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the roomy 9,440 square-foot home.

Situated in the posh Rockingham Rim neighborhood, the gated property was constructed in 2011 and is situated on the same street where O.J. Simpson lived when he killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson.

The property has undergone modernization and is equipped with modern conveniences.

The house features four stone fireplaces and two open-concept family areas.

The library features wood paneling and built-in shelving.

The house also has a three-car garage, a lift, and a library with wooden walls.

James moved up to a $36.75 million Beverly Hills estate with a Mediterranean design in October. Katharine Hepburn once possessed the house.

In the interim, he is still the owner of the $23 million Brentwood home he bought in 2017.

To continue playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, James signed a two-year, $85 million contract extension in December. He agreed to a four-year, $154 million contract with the team in 2018 before this modification.
