A video on Instagram showed Shaquille O’Neal at an auction with his son Shareef, which led to the Big Diesel lavishing his youngster with jewelry.

Shareef was with his father, Shaquille, at an auction for some sort of charity. In the midst of trying to make the occasion a success, O’Neal ended up getting Shareef a Rolex. Samuel L. Jackson hilariously summarized the entire event.

Shaquille O’Neal: “Would you like to go for 21?” “Raise your hand.”

Shareef O’Neal says, “Yeah.”

“Don’t be shy, son,” says Samuel L. Jackson. It’s something your father can afford. “Raise your hand.”

“I’ve got your back,” Shaquille O’Neal says. Raise your hand… I attempted to increase the auction bids and ended up buying him a Rolex.”

“I can actually have it?” says Shareef O’Neal. Thank you very much.”

“Hey Shaq, you better hope your other kids don’t see this,” Samuel L. Jackson said. Right now, I can hear them. ‘How come Shareef has a $21,000 Rolex and I don’t?’ Hey, totally irrelevant, but can I get a Porsche if I raise my hand?”

Shaquille O’Neal has always kept a level head when it comes to money and his children, as he has stated in the past. But he is equally generous, and it’s nice to see Shareef receive the gift with such grace. Hopefully, the young man will make it to the NBA, but if not, he has a Rolex for the time being.
