We have all watched brilliance on a nightly basis for nearly two decades, due to LeBron James. In a highly anticipated showdown between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night, the league’s all-time leading scorer returned back where his professional career began.
Any resentment between James and Cavaliers supporters has long been forgotten, as it was a joyous homecoming for “the kid from Akron.” With 22 points, James led the Lakers to victory and took use of the chance to showcase an unreleased hue of his latest signature sneaker.
Nike released James’ 21st trademark sneaker earlier this fall in a colorway inspired by his daughter, Zhuri. Athletes and fans have been treated to a slew of new hues, but James went above and above with his sneakers on Saturday night.
Nike LeBron 21
On Saturday night, James introduced a brilliant orange and yellow hue of the Nike LeBron 21. There is currently no release date for the eye-catching sneakers. On the Nike website, however, online consumers may find James’ new and throwback basketball sneakers at a discount in select designs.
When examining James’ career, there is plenty to admire, such as his output and longevity. But we’d be remiss if we didn’t highlight his influence on the sneaker community. James has been in the NBA for 21 years and continues to outperform expectations. FanNationKicks.com has all the latest sneaker news.
