Jaylen Brown’s post on social media has fans gone wild

On November 29, Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown drew the attention of the internet when he posted a photo of his and Kristaps Porzingis’ faces photoshopped on the movie poster for Step Brothers, a 2008 comedy starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, in a collage of four pictures on his personal Instagram page.

Brown also captioned his photo, “Bro better not touch my drums,” a reference to the film.

Brown has made it clear that he and Porzingis have developed a solid friendship since the big man came in Boston. Brown, it turns out, did not create the image himself. On November 20, he posted the altered image created by Barstool Sports’ Dan Greenberg to his X account.

Porzingis and Brown have developed a strong bond both on and off the floor. When they share the floor, both have demonstrated that they can locate the other. They demonstrated this when the Celtics faced the Milwaukee Bucks on November 22.

Since becoming teammates, it’s evident that the two have become fast friends. While it’s nice to see that they’re buddies, it might also help the Celtics’ playoff chances.
