One of the top players in the NBA at the moment is Luka Doncic.

Even at just 24 years old, a lot of people think Doncic has what it takes to lead the league in the near future.

The European legend delighted the Houston Rockets during a recent game.

Throughout the game, not even the legendary defensive player Dillon Brooks was able to stop Doncic. He was nearly invincible.

Regardless, Doncic defeated Brooks handily, and Bally Sports Southwest shared a video of the 24-year-old on Twitter, with the renowned Mavericks player encouraging him to talk trash.”

During the pivotal game, Dwyane Wade, the great Mavericks player, could be heard doing commentary rather than being on the sidelines.

As the video attached above demonstrates, Nowitzki wanted to see the current star player for the Mavericks participate in verbal sparring.

The fact that Brooks is known for making fun of professional athletes could be a significant contributing element.

But one of the easiest ways to ensure that a guy like Brooks remains useless is to keep him silent.

Doncic most certainly made sure of that after scoring 41 points, grabbing nine rebounds, and dishing out nine assists against the Rockets.

After this performance, Doncic has now scored at least 30 points in four of his past five games.

Doncic has definitely earned the right to reply to his opponents in light of this.
