Jayson Tatum was asked which three NBA players match his playing style on a recent edition of Crawford’s Couch. Tatum mentioned Kobe Bryant, Paul George, and Tracy McGrady, according to Bleacher Report.
“Paul George and Kobe Bryant.” T-Mac is more athletic than I am.”
Bryant and McGrady were both inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame after retiring. George, on the other hand, is currently a member of the Los Angeles Clippers.
Jamal Crawford later asked Tatum which ten players he’d choose if he were to organize the world’s finest pick-up game. The Boston Celtics forward chose Bryant, Michael Jordan, Stephen Curry, Allen Iverson, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Penny Hardaway, Gilbert Arenas, and Magic Johnson in addition to himself.
“Kobe. Mike. Steph. Allen Iverson is an NBA player. KD, Bron, and Penny. Magic Johnson, Gilbert Arenas.”
Tatum is ranked eighth on the KIA MVP Ladder. The St. Louis native is averaging 27.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game this season.
