Strahinja was arrested on assault charges in 2019 after allegedly choking and assaulting a lady in his residence while drunk. As a result of the incident, Strahinja pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges, and the more serious allegations against him were withdrawn. He was then sentenced to probation.

Nemanja, the family’s middle brother, was also a high-level basketball player who attended a Division I college. Despite his lackluster collegiate performance, Nemanja has gone on to seek a career as an MMA fighter in recent years. Nemanja is the smallest of the three brothers, standing at 6 feet 6 inches.
