The NBA has a lot of sick players right now due to an ailment that has spread throughout the league. Players are missing varying amounts of time due to these ailments, but the majority of players that get it miss 1-2 games.

The Grizzlies, who are now one of the hottest teams in the league, will undoubtedly want to keep this momentum going. The Nuggets are also one of the league’s hottest teams, having won five straight games, and will provide a big challenge for the Grizzlies.

From an injury aspect, the Grizzlies have had a dreadful season, and while Morant’s appearance on the injury report is not injury related, it is just another example of poor luck for a Grizzlies club that has had nothing but bad luck this year.

Hopefully, Morant will be able to play, as the star showdown between himself and Nikola Jokic would be a lot of fun to see, especially with both teams on a hot streak.
