The Warriors spent much of Friday’s practice working on the defensive breakdowns that led to their 114-102 loss to the Miami Heat on Thursday night at Chase Center.

A significant amount of time was also spent trying to find better shots for Stephen Curry. The two-time NBA MVP had one of his most unsuccessful offensive games of the season, shooting only three of 15 attempts and finishing with 13 points while fighting his way past Miami’s hounding defense.

Klay Thompson, who also only had 13 points against the Heat, said part of the problem was that the Warriors spent too much time standing around at the perimeter instead of moving and making things happen.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr concurred.
