Together with the club owner, the Milwaukee Brewers are creating the last bobblehead on their calendar. No, the taller one, not that one.
The Milwaukee Bucks are currently defending their 2021 NBA championship, and Giannis Antetokounmpo, who joined the Brewers ownership group last year, will be the subject of a bobblehead that will be given away to the first 35,000 fans who arrive for the Brewers game against the Cincinnati Reds on September 11.
Five other future dates involving current Brewers players were assigned with the bobblehead subject “TBA,” according to the Brewers. These dates are Willy Adames on May 22, Brandon Woodruff on June 5, Corbin Burnes on June 26, Freddy Peralta on July 10, and Omar Narváez on July 24.
Sundays’ first pitches are set for 1:10 p.m.; following the game, children 14 and under will be able to run the bases.
The two-time MVP of the Bucks and MVP of the NBA Finals last year, Antetokounmpo, joined the Brewers ownership group for the first time since Mark Attanasio acquired the organisation prior to the 2005 campaign.
