Nikola Jokić and the Nuggets Receive a Warm ‘Philly Welcome’ from Fans at McGillin’s After Sixers Loss

Tuesday night in South Philadelphia, the Denver Nuggets fell short against the Sixers, 126-121.

Despite the setback, Nikola Jokić and the group managed to stay upbeat as they went to McGillin’s, the oldest continuously running pub in Philadelphia, in Center City, for some post-match beverages.

Manager Rene Rodriguez said that at around midnight, guard Collin Gillespie, a former standout player for Villanova, entered the pub and asked to push a few tables together for the squad.
