Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets will play the Pacers in Indiana on Tuesday evening.

During the game, the two-time MVP made NBA history, passing Hall of Famer Alex English (4,351) for 97th on the all-time assists list.

Jokic’s next pass after English will be to Ray Allen (4,361).

In 43 games, Jokic averaged 26.1 points, 11.9 rebounds, 9.1 assists, and 1.2 steals, while shooting 58.7% from the field and 35.0% from three.

The Nuggets are the Western Conference’s third seed, with a 30-14 record in their first 44 games.

They are on a two-game winning streak and have a 7-3 record over the last ten games.

Most recently, the Nuggets defeated Kyle Kuzma and the Washington Wizards (on the road) 113-104.

In 36 minutes of play, Jokic had 42 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and two blocks while shooting 15/20 from the field.

Following Tuesday’s game against Indiana, the Nuggets will head to Manhattan to face the New York Knicks on Thursday evening at Madison Square Garden.

Jokic has already established himself as one of the greatest players of all time, and he will one day be inducted into the Hall of Fame on the first vote.

The Nuggets won the NBA Championship over the Miami Heat last season.

They will have a great chance of repeating as Champions in 2024.
