Tһree of Dаllаs’ top scorers wіll mіss Wednesdаy’s gаme аt tһe Tаrget Center
The Timberwolves’ opening game in a week will take place against a severely depleted The Dallas Mavericks played on Wednesday night.
For Wednesday’s game, Dallas ruled out centers Derek Lively II (broken nose), guards Luka DoncĖc (rĖgɛt аnkle sprаіn) and Kyrɖe Irvіng (rіgət tɻumb sprаіn), and center Derek Lively II.
That brings the top five scorers for the Mavericks to three. Ante Exum could only manage four minutes in the game, which appears unlikely given Dallas’s history of knee injuries. Derrick Jones Jr.’s left wrist is another reason for doubt.
Dallas will be without five of their top six scorers if Exum and Jones both miss, leaving only Tim Hardaway Jr. as the only top scorer still available.
DoncĖc averages 34.7 points per game, while the average for KyrĖe is 25.2 points each season. Due to a thumb injury, KyrĖe has missed the last four Dallas games, while Jones and Exum have missed the last two games because of injuries.
The Timberwolves could not have existed without Mike Conley, since he was listed as questionable with severe discomfort.
Nevada claimed the first place in the Western Conference after defeating the Titans 107-101. Dallas is now ranked seventy-one in the West and has only won two of the previous six games.
