It is apparent that NBA clubs have endeavored to develop a duo or trio of stars in the hopes of taking the next step toward a championship. The Denver Nuggets currently have two players, one of whom was just crowned league MVP. If they wish to add another, Paul George may be one of the most sought-after names.
The time has arrived for Denver to make a major move. With a strong core in place, they have fallen just short in a challenging Western Conference.
In addition to Murray, Paul George would provide them with another perimeter threat to bolster the backcourt. It would appear that they would have to give up one of their two stars in exchange, but they have enough assets to complete this transaction.
One such player is Aaron Gordon, who was acquired in a midseason deal with the Orlando Magic.
The Western Conference has evolved into a league in which you must compete with clubs like the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers. Denver is on the verge of winning the championship, and they may need the next month to do so.
