Anthony Davis made history on an extraordinary night with unprecedented accomplishments in the NBA. Following the Lakers’ commanding 120-109 victory over the Timberwolves, Davis delivered a remarkable performance:
- Davis became the first player ever in NBA history to achieve 25+ points, 25+ rebounds, 5+ assists, and 5+ steals in a single game.
- He became the first Laker since Shaquille O’Neal in 2004 to record 25+ points and 25+ rebounds in a game.
- Davis also became the first player since the tracking of steals began in 1973-74 to accomplish 25+ rebounds and 6+ steals in a single game.
Despite nursing a left shoulder ιnjury, Davis displayed exceptional skills in the absence of LeBron James during the game against the Bucks. Despite encountering multiple falls while facing the Timberwolves, it did not significantly affect his focus on scoring.
Let’s revisit some of the incredible moments from AD’s performance.
