Travis Kelce has been seen out and about with Taylor Swift at New York City eateries like Nobu 57 and Catch whenever he is in town. Now, the 34-year-old tight end is launching his own restaurant to entertain the pop diva during her visits to Kansas City.
That’s correct, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend is collaborating with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (Kelce’s real-life bestie) to create his own steakhouse to entertain the singer and her team. (Imagine walking into a restaurant and seeing Taylor Swift and her crew—which could include Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, or Brittany Mahomes on any given day—at a booth alongside Kelce and Mahomes. We’d do anything to have a seat in the dining room.
The Super Bowl champions are being funded by Noble 33, the hospitality group behind New York City’s new hotspot Meduza Mediterrania and Las Vegas’ Toca Madera, which could explain why Kelce has recently been seen at both. (He’s visited Toca Madera’s Vegas location at least three times this year, as far as we know.)
“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City,” Mahomes said in a news release. According to the statement, the new restaurant, 1587 Prime, will be a “immersive and upscale dining experience” named after a combination of both players’ jersey numbers.
“We are honoured to collaborate with two icons of the game to create an unforgettable dining experience for Kansas City and beyond,” Tosh Berman, co-founder of Noble 33 alongside Mikey Tanha, tells AD.

“We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own, Kansas City,” Kelce said in a press release. courtesy of Noble 33.
The restaurant will occupy two floors and almost 10,000 square feet of Kansas City’s newest and chicest hotel, the Loews. Renderings feature gentle, neutral tones and dramatic, sophisticated lighting, all created by seasoned restaurant designers the Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry. Sorry, sports fanatics, but there will most likely be no giant screen televisions or throngs of boisterous people watching football games and eating tater tots at this establishment. However, there will be “hyper-subtle nods and references to football” such as emerald green leather banquettes with a white stripe inlay, polished parquet wood flooring with marble inset X’s and O’s, a gold ribbon ceiling installation inspired by a ‘flag on the play,’ and laced-back brown leather dining chairs. Other highlights will include various private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen, and an impressive meat display.
The steakhouse 1587 Prime will not be Kelce and Mahomes’ first off-field venture; they also recently invested in Alpine, a Formula One racing team. After winning their third Super Bowl together last month, both players are currently relaxing. Patrick and Brittany Mahomes (his high school girlfriend became wife) just went on a family vacation to Los Cabos, Mexico, while Kelce just returned from Singapore, where he supported Swift on the final leg of her epic Eras tour.
