Rashee Rice Has Now Joined Patrick Mahomes And Hollywood Brown For Offseason TrainingšŸ”„

ļ»æPatrick Mahomes has jumped right into working with new Kansas City Chiefs wideout Hollywood Brown.

Less than a week after Brown signed a one-year contract worth $11 million, Mahomes has already begun working out with the playmaking wide receiver and standout pass-catcher Rashee Rice.

Hollywood Brown joins a deep and dynamic Kansas City Chiefs offense, which struggled at times last season, with wide receivers dropping a league-high 41 passes.

However, Brown’s explosiveness might make him an excellent match to improve the Chiefs’ offense in a receiving corps that already includes Rice and All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce.

Brown, who is on a ‘prove it’ contract with an MVP quarterback, is banking on himself in many ways for 2024.

“That’s probably what I’m excited about the most being here is to just put my best foot forward and show what I could do,” Brown was quoted as saying by reporters. “I believe I’ll be able to exhibit my skill set.

“I believe I can influence all three levels of the game: short, intermediate, and deep. I feel like [at] moments in Baltimore and Arizona, I showed aspects of my abilities, but not consistently. So I feel like these guys are interchangeable. We can complement each other, allowing everyone to perform at their best.”

Brown has high hopes for playing in an offense alongside Mahomes.

Brown, who has caught 51 passes for 574 yards and four touchdowns while averaging 3.3 yards after contact per reception, has the potential to bring out the best in Mahomes and his surrounding cast.kansas city chiefs hollywood brown

“You want to play with somebody that’s going to bring the best out of you, that’s going to push your game to the next level,” Brown said to reporters at the time. “And I feel like he’s definitely one of those type of guys.”The arm talent, namely the deep arm talent, speaks for itself. What cannot he do? He can extend plays and do whatever it takes to win the game. I feel like I saw him do it all, from making those big plays to moving down the field methodically, using his feet, and playing when hurt. Those are the attributes and characteristics of a guy you want to play for.”
