“I admire KD as a basketball player. He’s one of the best we’ve seen, and that’s where it’s at. I have no ill will. I have nothing but affection for KD. But love is love. Do you know what I’m saying? Green said.

He went on to claim that his feelings for Green are so strong that Durant would have to do something horrific to lose them.

“If I love you, my love will never end. My s-t won’t leave tomorrow. No, I care for both you and K. That is not going anywhere. Do you know what I’m saying? That will be the case indefinitely. This is exactly how I am. Do you know what I’m saying? I once had feelings for you, dude. You had to do some insane f-ked up s-t for me to stop loving you.

“I believe he did some wild s-t recently, and you go on TV—bro, you have my phone number—and tell me that I hope he gets some help. You [Melo] hit me, do you understand what I am saying? You made me feel like, “I’m here for you, bro, if you need anything.” If this is how you feel, beat me. Do you understand? So I thought it was ridiculous. It upset me, but I’ve always adored KD. Do you know what I’m saying? That means we don’t need to communicate every day or anything.”

Durant defended his former Warriors teammate Jusuf Nurkic after Green smacked him in the face.

Kevin Durant May Return to Former Team

Kevin Durant and Draymond Green argued about something, and NBA Twitter ran with it – NBC Sports.

Kevin Durant began his career with the Seattle SuperSonics before moving to Oklahoma City following his rookie season in 2008. NBA Hall of Famer Spencer Haywood feels Durant can finish his career in Seattle.

Haywood mentioned this in an interview with SuperSonics alumni released on March 4 by HoopsHype’s Jake Uitti.

“Me and Durant are still discussing Seattle. We talked about it at this year’s All-Star Game. I can’t go any farther because there is some hidden behavior taking place that I can’t describe because it is private. However, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in a Sonics uniform again. I went to the All-Star game with him, his mother, and everyone else. “I’m just saying.”

Seattle does not currently have a team, however if the NBA expands, the city may be able to restore its franchise.
