Steph Curry’s palatial Silicon Valley mansion is located in the most expensive zip code in the United States.

Steph Curry, the Golden State Warriors star, is living a luxury lifestyle in his new house in Silicon Valley.

Curry had lived in a small 7,535-square-foot Atherton residence on 1.18 acres but has now moved to a far larger property in the most expensive zip code in the country.

According to Front Office Sports, Curry sold his former property to billionaire Forrest Li for $31.2 million before the end of 2021.

That is $1.2 million more than he spent in December 2020 for his brand-new 17,761-square-foot house.

The four-time NBA champion’s current home is located on a 1.7-acre lot near Atherton.

The property contains seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a movie theater, bar, wine cellar, swimming pool, and sundeck.

The home’s master bedroom reportedly includes a marble bathtub, a wet bar, and its own fireplace.

The property has a surprisingly expansive feel, thanks to high ceilings and several large windows that let in plenty of natural light and connect the inside to the lush grounds it stands on.

Curry has previously demonstrated his ability to be a successful businessman, so it is not surprising that he can flip assets and profit from them.

Curry, the best-paid player in the NBA when he isn’t on the court, is set to earn $95.1 million this year, making him the league’s second-highest earner overall.

Curry is entering the first year of a new four-year contract worth an estimated $215.3-5 million, in addition to his other commercial ventures, which include his content company Unanimous Media, his recently released children’s book I Have a Superpower, and his partnership with Under Armour.
