Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors’ season is on the line as they look to improve their record and advance to the Play-In Tournament. They’re now on a road trip to face the Orlando Magic tonight. However, an unexpected thing occurred during the game’s opening four minutes, leaving the Warriors star unhappy.
During the first stanza, Magic’s Paolo Banchero drove to the hoop and fouled Andrew Wiggins. The basket counted, giving the All-Star forward a four-point play. However, Warriors player Draymond Green was not pleased with the call and had some concerns for one of the officials.
The referee appeared enraged and blew his whistle to call a technical foul on Green. That’s when his teammates on the bench tried to calm him down. However, the defensive forward refused to stop talking to the officials, earning his second technical foul.
When a player receives two technical fouls in a single game, he is typically ejected, as Green was. Curry couldn’t disguise his displeasure and frustration at what had occurred to his All-Star teammate after being disqualified.

The Warriors are eighth in the Western Conference, with a record of 37-34. At this point, they can only qualify for the postseason by securing a play-in position. However, the Houston Rockets are right behind them, and any error by Golden State may alter the standings.
Curry and the club need Green at this point in the season since he has contributed to their success. However, receiving his fourth ejection of the season at this time was not what they expected.

Steph Curry has not given up on the season.
Although many have already written off the Warriors, Steph Curry believes they can turn things around before the playoffs begin. Curry stays positive and is determined to do everything it takes to make the playoffs.
They were seeded sixth in last year’s playoffs. They won their seven-game first-round series against the Sacramento Kings. They did, however, lose to the Los Angeles Lakers, but many were expecting them to repeat their success this season.
Unfortunately, that hasn’t worked out, and they’re fighting to make the postseason.
Curry, on the other hand, believes his team is still competitive and refuses to let up.
“We are getting closer to the other end of the standings. Nobody’s going to wave the white flag. If that means playing more minutes, I’ll be willing to do so,” Curry stated.
