On the most recent episode of their New Heights podcast, Travis was quick to defend himself
On the most recent episode of their New Heights podcast, the Kelce brothers were joined by Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, who wondered which brother would win in a drinking contest.
“I’m pretty sure I’ve beaten Jason the last three to five times,” Travis stated at the outset.
Jason quickly went on the defensive to clear his identity. “This is totally made up. First, what is the competition? Are you talking about chugging a beer? Jason added. Barkley explained that it was about chugging and asked, “Who’s calling it quits?”
Jason then stated that he can “definitely drink more volume–I don’t think that’s a question.”

Travis, clearly shocked and disagreed, responded with a funny “What?” He then mentioned that they weigh equal amounts, which could contribute to who can outperform the other.
“You are already down to 260. “We’re in the same weight class now,” he stated.
“Yeah, I know,” Jason replied. “But you don’t have the same passion for drinking as I have. “You’ve been drinking more than I have lately.”
Travis fired back, claiming, “He hasn’t stayed out past 10 p.m. since 2017!”
Jason discovered multiple cases that contradicted Travis’ strong remark. “Did you not see me at your playoff games this year?” the now-retired Eagles player said, to which Travis responded, “Do you remember any of that?” Jason continued to fight, saying, “No – because I was drinking all day.”
When it comes to drinking games, the father of three says he would unquestionably beat his brother.

Jason Kelce’s shirtless performance at the Chiefs vs. Bills game prompted him to declare, “I will destroy him because I have the mental advantage.”
When Barkley asked which brother would reign supreme when it came to shotgunning a beer, Travis tried to recall the last time they did it after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills in the postseason.
“We didn’t shotgun beers after the Bills, did we?” Jason inquired, prompting all three NFL players to laugh.
Travis then referred to the amusing incident in January in which Jason went viral after taking his shirt off in the stands of Highmark Stadium while cheering on his brother.
“You had a shirt on at that point,” he added, laughing. “Well, it’s on like Donkey Kong,” he explained. “We are going to enter this drinking competition. Maybe at the beach or something.”
The pair, both Cleveland Heights residents, put their drinking skills to the test when they were handed beer by Cleveland Cavaliers mascot Moondog during a game. In a video posted on X (previously known as Twitter), the two were working when the mascot approached them with two beers.
They then rose up, lifted their drinks to the skies, and clinked their cups. The film, which had no sound, then showed the Kelces quickly gulping down their beverages and smiling when they were done.
Travis then raised his arms to excite the crowd, while Jason raised his fist in the air and hugged the mascot.
