Unveiling Luxury at its Finest: Discovering Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Jaw-Dropping $36 million Bellevue Mansion, Included with a Breathtaking Two-Story Treehouse

Russell Wilson, a Super Bowl-winning former Seattle Seahawks dual-threat quarterback, and mononym fashion model/R&B singer Ciara have listed their blufftop Bellevue, Washington, residence for $36 million.

The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, who is also a tireless entrepreneur and devoted philanthropist, and Wilson, who was once the NFL’s highest-paid player, earning approximately $35 million per year in his final years with the Seahawks, are hoping to nearly triple their fortune from the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. Russell Wilson and Ciara FamilyAccording to the papers, the two residences were purchased in two different transactions: the first in 2015, the year before their wedding, and the second in 2019, for a total of $13.4 million.

Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. have listed the two parcels individually. The parcel with the main house is marketed for $28 million, while the parcel with the separate garage and sports court is listed at $8 million.

Together, the two properties include roughly 1.9 acres of lushly manicured acreage that slopes down to 270 feet of prime Lake Washington shoreline. The lavishly decorated main home was built in 2007 on a vantage position overlooking the city and water.

There are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms in a little more than 11,000 square feet on three stories served by a magnificent wrought iron accented circular staircase and an elevator.

Other features include a large entryway with a 20-foot ceiling, two formal dining rooms, and a black-painted library/office.

A groin roof supported by fluted Corinthian columns divides the vast chamber. On one side is a spacious kitchen with intricately carved bone-white cabinetry arranged around a 14-foot-long, double-wide island.

There are antique Southeast Asian carved wood doors throughout, at least four beautifully carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay off the great room with panoramic views of the lake and Seattle’s downtown cityscape.

The master suite is adorned with several shades of purple velvet, ranging from plum to violet to eggplant, and the bathroom is lavishly outfitted with a garden tub and cedar sauna to optimize the blufftop views.

But it’s the 200 square feet of custom closet space and the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” that really add to the suite’s luxury.
