Steph appreciates family Easter Sunday visit before the Warriors defeat the Spurs…

Stephanie Curry is all about family.

Fortunately, the 10-time NBA All-Star was accompanied by his wife and children on Easter Sunday, despite the Warriors’ being on the road.

The Curry family attended Golden State’s pregame meal and watched No. 30 demolish the San Antonio Spurs at Frost Bank Arena, which the guard discussed with reporters afterward.

“It’s just a reminder about the sacrifices of everybody that’s in this building,” Curry said in a statement. “[The media], coaches, and players make the sacrifice of working on Easter weekend. Fortunately, the kids are older and can travel a little without bothering my wife too much. It was lovely to see them in the stands and spend the morning with them.

“What we do is not easy.” It reminds you of the sacrifices we and our families make so that we can do what we do on the court. So it was good to have them here.”

Curry, like many professional sportsmen, is accustomed to working on holidays, missing home, and losing valuable family time.

However, the 15-year NBA veteran treasured his family’s presence on the Warriors’ Texas road trip and made every minute count, literally.Stephen y Ayesha Curry agrandan su familia: Se encuentran esperando a su cuarto hijo | MARCA México

Curry had 33 points, eight assists, and one rebound in 33 minutes against San Antonio.

Of course, he would shine with his family in town.

“[Curry’s] family is here, so he got to spend Easter with the whole family, and they had breakfast with us this morning at the team meal,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr told reporters on Sunday. “He feels particularly compelled to do well in front of his children and Ayesha.Ayesha Curry's Best Recipes - Steph Curry Diet - Delish.com

“He played an excellent game. He was under a lot of pressure out there. Trey Jones does an excellent job defensively. [Curry] found a way to break away and hit big shots for us.”

Curry concluded the game with a plus-12, putting a smile on his loved ones’ faces.

He had quite the Easter Sunday.
