The Haverford Police Department has a new K-9 Officer thanks to a collaboration between Steve Videon of Videon Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram and Jason Kelce, a Philadelphia Eagles football player.
The puppy (Winnie) is a 2-year-old black Labrador retriever trained solely for narcotics detection. She recently graduated from Iron Rose K9 Academy and is now out on the streets with her handler, Officer Patterson. Kelce met Winnie, Patterson, and the Videon crew, and Winnie demonstrated her excellent skills and affectionate disposition, according to Haverford police.
