Luka Doncic and his squad defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 96-93 in Game 2 of their first-round playoff series on Tuesday at Crypto.com Arena. Despite a strong defensive effort from the other side, Doncic, the squad’s biggest star, scored 32 points, nine assists, and six rebounds, allowing them to split their first two away games.
In a post-game interview, Doncic was asked about Kawhi Leonard, the Los Angeles Clippers’ best player, and praised him, stating that Leonard is an incredible player. Doncic also stated that playing against him helped him develop several skills.
“He is an unbelievable player. We all know he improves much more throughout the playoffs. He is locked in both offensively and defensively, making it extremely difficult to stop. I learned a lot when playing against him. “He’s an unbelievable player,” Doncic stated during the interview.

Dallas Mavericks’ Luka Doncic discussed his experience in Game 2 against the Los Angeles Clippers, stating that the playoffs are different from regular season. He also stated that he enjoys playing in the NBA.
“It’s the playoffs. It’s different. They’re trying to double with me, and I say no double. I take pride in my defense, too. They’re always going to say that—the haters. But it’s fine. I’m out here enjoying playing basketball. That’s fun, man.” Doncic added.
After losing to the Dallas Mavericks, Kawhi Leonard discussed the reasons for their setback. Following the 96-93 loss in Game 2 of the series, Leonard accepted responsibility for the team’s failure to defeat the Mavericks. He underlined the significance of teamwork while also conceding that he had to push through weariness to win games.
The Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers will face off in Game 3 on Saturday at American Airlines Center. Kawhi Leonard indicated that he will return stronger for the next game. It will be interesting to watch who dominates.
