Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic are two of the NBA’s best players, both regular MVP contenders who drive their teams to victory nearly single-handedly.
On the court, they are competitors, representing different Western Conference teams. However, Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic are close friends outside of the game, as evidenced by their reunion during All-Star Weekend.
Luka Doncic and his fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, were the only non-family members present during Nikola Jokic’s birthday celebration.
The photo features Nikola Jokic’s brothers and relatives, as well as Luka Doncic and his girlfriend. During All-Star Break, the two also shared some enjoyable moments, highlighting their wonderful connection.
Fans noticed this, with some tweets just enjoying how close the two players appear to be, while others speculated that they would play together in the future.
“They’re gonna play together 4sho,” remarked one fan.
“If they teamed up, Yugoslavia would be reinstated. Another admirer made a political remark, implying that the borders will simply disappear.
Additional conjecture about a prospective deal saw a fan expand out the facts, writing, “Soooo… Kyrie bout to be traded to Denver in the off-season after Jokic wins MVP but gets first rounded?”
And someone put it succinctly: “If them two ever team up, that would be scary.”
Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic are both triple-double specialists. They would be a nightmare to deal with on offence, and they are tough to handle on their own. And it’s difficult to imagine any other outcome to that circumstance save them winning the championship. The saving grace is that they are probably too proud to collaborate, but Jokic has been quite appreciative of Luka’s game.
Nikola Jokic Called Luka Doncic. A ‘One-Man Army’
Luka Doncic is anticipated to finally make an impact in the playoffs now that he has Kyrie Irving as a teammate. However, he does not always require much assistance, as Jokic’s recent accolades demonstrated.
“He’s a one-man army,” Jokic stated. “He is the one who can destroy you. Who can actually manipulate the game in the appropriate way? There is no suitable match for him. If he has a smaller guy, he’ll put him up. If he sees a bigger guy, he’ll pass him by. “He takes a deadly step back.”
Watching these two together would be a great experience for any basketball fan. Most of us, however, would rather to see them compete against one another in an attempt to win. Whatever the scenario, it appears that the two will stay close friends off the court.
