Aaron Gordon Gets New Tattoo As Tribute To His Recently Passed Brother

Aaron Gordon sent an homage to his late brother Drew on Instagram. He recently received a new tattoo to remember his late brother Drew Gordon. Drew ɗιed in an automobile accident in Portland at the early age of 31.

The entire Gordon family has been suffering with this loss, but Aaron Gordon wanted to remind the world how much he loved his late brother and how he will always remember him.

Drew Gordon, like his younger brother Aaron, played basketball. He had brief NBA appearances with the Nets and 76ers, but he found much of his playing success in Europe, particularly in France and Latvia. Aaron was inspired by his brother’s professional basketball career and followed in his footsteps.

Aaron Gordon had better success in the NBA than his brother, becoming a lottery pick in the 2014 NBA Draft and playing for the Magic for seven seasons. He was later traded to the Nuggets in 2021, where he became a crucial member of the starting lineup and even helped the team win the NBA championship in 2023.

Aaron Gordon and the rest of his family will surely face emotional challenges in the coming months as they work to recover from such a heartbreaking loss. Drew would have served as a mentor to his younger brother, and his absence from Aaron’s life would be a difficult adjustment.

Gordon will have the opportunity to focus on himself and his family for the time being, which should and will be his top concern. Basketball is clearly taking a back seat for the time being.
