Travis Kelce is due to make his golfing comeback in a celebrity tournament next month, teeing off alongside his older brother, Jason, for the first time while Taylor Swift is still touring Europe.
According to The Kansas City Star, the three-time Super Bowl winner will compete in his fourth consecutive American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, from July 10-14, alongside his 36-year-old sibling.
“Taylor Swift will be performing her summer concert tour in Europe at that time, so don’t ask me that question,” said Phil Weidinger, who handles public relations for the tournament, according to Nevada Sports Net.
Swift is set to perform in Zurich and Milan during the competition.
However, the Kelce’s will interact with 88 other participants, as there are just two free slots left, according to KCRA.
The Chief’s tight end will play at the American Century Championship for the fourth straight year in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Travis Kelce and his 36-year-old brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason, will play putting together for the first time in July.
Swift will perform in Zurich and Milan during the tournament as part of her ‘Eras’ Tour.
Patrick Mahomes, a regular attendee, will miss the event for the first time in four years.
Travis’ barber claimed earlier this week that ‘ideally’ a wedding between the Chiefs tight end and his popstar girlfriend will take place’, as he expressed his thoughts on the NFL’s most public couple’s relationship.
Speaking of Travis and Taylor, ‘America’s very own royal couple’ began dating in September and will celebrate their one-year anniversary this summer or autumn.
Meanwhile, there have been accusations that Travis has ‘ major pangs of envy’ over Taylor’s male dancers, with a source revealing that they ‘trigger’ the NFL star’s ego.
Last year, Kelce and Patrick Mahomes took against Steph Curry and Klay Thompson in the competition.
Travis also recently stated that he will visit the White House if Donald Trump is re-elected and the Chiefs win another Super Bowl, just a few days after being honored by President Joe Biden for lifting the Vince Lombardi Trophy last year.
Travis regularly practices his golf swing during the NFL offseason. He won the long drive contest at the 2023 American Century Championship.
That same year, he competed in The Match VIII, partnering with Mahomes to defeat Golden State Warriors teammates Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
