Luka Dončić’s outstanding basketball skills have captivated fans worldwide for many years. However, it was not well recognised that he also possesses exceptional tennis talents.

He recently demonstrated his tennis prowess at a charity competition hosted by Dallas Mavericks great Dirk Nowitzki, who mocked Luka about his tennis strokes.

 

“He thinks he’s better than he actually is,” quipped Dirk, but Luka didn’t hold back in his response. “You’ve never played me one-on-one,” Luka retorted, while standing opposite Andy Roddick, the American tennis legend, in a doubles match. “My only thought was that I mustn’t injure Luka Dončić before the start of the season,” joked the 40-year-old American. Luka admitted that he always enjoys meeting friends at tournaments and having a great time.

 

Luka gladly participated in the annual celebrity tennis tournament hosted by Dallas icon Dirk Nowitzki. This year’s star-studded event, which also included actor Ben Stiller, raised funds for Nowitzki’s charity, which provides health and education services to youngsters in Dallas.
